A3 Project - LeanFITT™

A3 Project tracks Lean thinking and improvements on one-page. This app provides fundamental information on the types of A3 utilizing Lean Thinking statements in a standardized, customizable, and sharable format on the cloud. Learn the importance on how to “tell (or document)” your improvement project in a logical and visual way in reference to a particular subject matter. It will provide a consistent approach to learning, applying, and documenting Lean Six Sigma tools by stimulating dialogue and creative problem solving. Four types of A3 Reports will be defined.

Beyond educational purposes, this app provides suggested activities/tools for each A3 Report phase for a customizable and standardized use of an A3 Project report and Action Item tracking.

This app provides:

An overview (Learnings) of the importance and benefits of the use of the A3 Project Report.
Access to case studies and Sensei tips for further understanding.
Instilling the sense of “learning to lean” as well as providing a systematic logical thinking process
Access to the A3 Project tool/report with default Lean Thinking statements for each of the 8 sections.
The ability to add images and text in each of the sections of the report.
Receive awards for completing Action Items, Reports, etc.
Record, assign, and track Action Items with the visual management Kanban board.
An ability to create the A3 Project report and for it to be shared via PDF.
