a. Adjust log level in case npengine is quitting
b. Add retry mechanism in token refresh.
c. Set warn log level if engine fails to download file and will retry it soon
d. Don't rename folder if the attachment temporary folder doesn't exist
e. Don't allow to change user id if token is expired
f. Change & Forget password
4. Add APIs, TimerSet/TimerCancel, ShareFile, ImportFile, and SendFileToApp
5. Add new locale items:
