About Aegon Global Speak Up
The Aegon Global Speak Up App helps Aegon employees and partners worldwide to raise a concern about unlawful, unethical or other improper behaviour in the workplace.
This includes what you can do once you suspect wrongdoing, how to have a conversation about it, what to expect if you decide to contact one of the Aegon Speak Up channels and whether or not your concern is being investigated.
This App offers guidance on how to take effective action to resolve concerns, and links to additional resources which provide further support.
Some of the common worries addressed by the App include:
How do I raise a concern?
If I report someone, will they be told?
What steps are part of the investigative process and how am I protected?
I still have to work with the person I raised concerns about. How do I manage this?
What happens after the investigation has been completed?
The Aegon Speak Up App is primarily intended for employees of Aegon. However, we do recognize others may wish to report concerns to us about our work or conduct. They are also welcome to use this App for guidance and support.
