Ailit is a professional inventory management & invoicing software developed by Kingdee (listed on the Hong Kong Main Board: 0268. HK) for global wholesale and retail merchants. We help stores carry out business operations such as item management, stock in or out, warehouse management, employee performance management, and sales management. We support global business scenarios such as multi-language and multi-currency, and we keep our software comprehensive, simple, and always easy to use. 【Functions】
1. Inventory
You can check inventory on your mobile phone. We support pre-set purchase orders to prevent deviations in price and arrivals. We support shelf life and batch management, and provide inventory warnings for low inventory, high inventory, etc.; We support multiple warehouse management, and you can set your items in multi-specification, multi-unit, and multi-price.
2. Invoicing
No need to type manually, scan the QR code to automatically fill in the name, picture, price, and other product information. intelligently calculate the profit of this order; support single product, whole order percentage discounts, direct discount deductions; support the sales model of deposit collection. It supports ultra-remote billing, direct printing without connecting to a computer, supports mainstream document formats such as triplex, A4, and receipts, and supports settings to add the address, phone number, pictures, LOGO, and other information.
3. Account recon ciliation
The documents can generate pictures, PDF files, and small programs, and share them with customers for reconciliation with one click; it supports basic information management such as customer classification, points, arrears, phone addresses, etc., and can set different product prices for different customers. Supports special scenarios of customer/supplier dual identities. When the object is both a customer and a supplier, the amount owed can be automatically deducted.
4. Analysis of financial accounting statements:
Supports sales analysis, sales reports, hot sales analysis, employee performance statistics, inventory analysis, purchase statistics, inventory statistics, income and expenditure reconciliation, customer reconciliation, supplier reconciliation, capital flow, and operating profit.
5. Multi-store and multi-warehouse management:
Multi-store data interconnection, unified management, and support for chain operations. Effectively meet the operation and management needs of multiple stores and multiple warehouses.
6. Multi-language management:
Supports multi-language printing of documents, and can freely switch between Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, English, and Spanish; supports switching between Chinese and EnChinesend sets different languages for different accounts; supports switching of national currency display, and the decimal point is automatically matched according to the currency.
