Fix the issue of password recovery

With the arrival of our new websites, the Alpine application is getting a real facelift:
The pages are simpler, more airy, without texts in italics. The menu access icon moves to the right. Forms and lists are redesigned, sections are reorganized.
On tablets, access to News is more obvious thanks to the large image on the home page, but also on smartphones with a mini carousel featuring the latest titles.
The icing on the cake: some of your People and Cars photos have been integrated directly into the application in panoramic format on screens such as login, booking confirmation, adding an old Alpine, Alpine Assistance , etc. Congratulations to everyone whose shots feature in this release, and thank you all for continuing to send us your best shots.

In this update to the Alpine app, you'll discover a new interactive map to locate your Alpine Centers.
In addition, the links on the home page have been reorganized for more ease of use.
Finally, various improvements complete this version.

Summer is fading, your best shots are expected in People and Cars!
This functionality is now back in service and the entire app is getting stronger with minor security fixes.

What is new in this version of your Alpine Application:



- People and Cars evolves: a section "My collection" allows you to find all
the images you liked as well as all the visuals you posted. The swipe between photos and a
zoom are now available as well as a full screen mode on tablet.



- A scrolling display at the bottom of the page will keep you informed of Alpine's upcoming
commitments in all competitions.



- New colors for the interface and a new ALPINE logo in the app.

This version of the application provides an answer to customers whose reservation had been refused by their bank: from now on, we are implementing the double-authentication validation process to further secure your payments via the application.


Finally, know that your contributions to the People and Cars section delight us every day. So don't hesitate to post your photos and like all your favorite images!

- In "My personal information", update your email address
- In "My Alpine Garage", document your mileage (estimated annual and actual observed)
- "People and Cars" becomes visible to all connected users
- Only owners can post pictures which will now be validated by our moderator
- You can "like" the best photos of "People and Cars" (ask your friends to create an account!).

Recently added features:
- New "People and Cars" section which will allow you to share your best A110 pictures (reserved for owners for the moment),
- New FAQ section,
- Change of Alpine Center via the app (unless your reservation is not yet finalised),
- Link to the Atelier Alpine visualizer,

Our recent major upgrade required some small tweaks to make it more compatible with any IOS device.

Your Alpine application switches to daylight saving time and has many updates:
new application icon, new technical base, new loading screen, reorganization of the menu and access to features, easy language selection, news from the home page , multiple reservation management, external links (calendar, news, contact forms, ...) open in the native browser of your smartphone, ...
And you, have you already reserved your A110S?

This version improves the fluidity of the display of our events in the Agenda.
Our delivered customers have a new specific screen "Alpine Assistance" (24/7 in Europe) from the menu on the left.
If you received your A110 but do not see this screen, please ask your Advisor, via Alpine Conversation, to validate your status.
Finally, if you have not done so yet: look in the Agenda, find a track near you, sign up and join us for La Piste Bleue 2019!

Despite the complete uninstall / reinstallation of the application after our last update, some of you have had trouble launching the app.
This correction should provide them a solution.

Permanently listening to the feedbacks of our users, we keep on improving the Alpine App.
This new version increases the overall stability and the fluidity of the booking process.

Alpine stays with you this summer with a new version of his App.
Main feature: the reservation journey has been redesigned to take into account the deployment of the Alpine Center network and the expansion of the A110 range.
A new screen reminds you of all your interactions with the Brand (registration for events in the Agenda, A110 reservation(s), ...)

To celebrate its presence at the Geneva Motor Show, Alpine offers to install the new updated version of its app.

A specific page will present the models on display and invite you to give your opinion.

A110 owners will soon have a dedicated space with videos, user guide and all the info about their Alpine.

Finally, you will discover the Alpine Agenda where our events will be announced as well as the events of your Alpine Centre, with 1-click registration.

With its new streamlined design, this new version will allow you to follow the steps of your reservation.

Alpine A110 Premiere Edition reservants are invited to confirm the choice of their Alpine Center in the app, if not already done. Soon, their Alpine Advisor will be able to interact with them via the app.

Good news to finish: disconnection issues will disappear with your next login.

Your Alpine application is evolving!

Your personal information is now grouped and visible on a dedicated screen. Take advantage of this to verify that your contact information is up-to-date and that you are always in agreement with our customer contact rules.

The management of the pages within the application has been enhanced. Similarly, the news are now directly readable with a simple click on the notification.

Since the previous version, we have enabled access to Live Sessions and the online store.

We wish you a good use of this new version of the app.
