About Amagi Radio

Ο Amagi ιδρύθηκε το 2012 από τη Μαρία Τσάκος και τον Κυριάκο Αθανασιάδη. Πρωτοεξέπεμψε δοκιμαστικά στις 31 Αυγούστου και «επίσημα» στις 15 Οκτωβρίου. Είναι πολιτικός, πολιτιστικός και μουσικός διαδικτυακός σταθμός. Η έδρα του είναι στην Αθήνα (στα Εξάρχεια τα τρία πρώτα χρόνια), αλλά έχει και ένα στούντιο στη Θεσσαλονίκη, από όπου εκπέμπει κάθε Δευτέρα και Τρίτη. Όλες του οι εκπομπές είναι live. Ο Αmagi τάσσεται με έμφαση ενάντια στον εθνικισμό, την ξενοφοβία, το ρατσισμό, το σεξισμό και την πολιτική βία. Αμάγκι σημαίνει ελευθερία.
