When you sign into ArcGIS Business Analyst Web App, you are prompted to migrate and update your custom reports and infographics to use the Esri 2022 data source. If you open the BA Mobile app before going through the migration and update, your custom infographics and reports, and infographics and reports shared with you, will not be available in the BA Mobile app.
The BA Mobile app does not support alternative data sources. If you experience any problems viewing data in the app - for example, in Facts or Reports and infographics - it is recommended to close and restart the app, or delete the app and reinstall it, and then try again.
