Ar-Cell; ARKAS Lojistik sürücülerine saha üzerinden anlık olarak gerçek zamanlı iş ataması yapılması, sürücünün yükü alması, ilgili adrese iletmesi, boşaltması ve irsaliye, yük fotoğrafları gibi fotoğraf çekim işlemlerinin yapılması amacıyla geliştirilmiş bir lojistik uygulamasıdır. Uygulama üzerinden sürücüye gideceği rotadaki en uygun rota çözümü sunulur ve navigasyon özelliği ile sürücüye yol tarifi verilir.
