Important Update to Arthur Occupant App.
Please ensure you update your Occupant App to latest version v2.3
We have updated the Messaging functionality to support closed message threads. The app now indicates when a message thread is closed, alongside the option to open a new thread.
This helps users know when conversations have reached their conclusion, and to open new message threads for new topics.
Please note that for older versions of the Occupant App, Messaging will now not function correctly and give the following errors:
Users will not see an indication when a message thread has been closed.
Replying to a closed thread results in a connection error, and the message thread is never sent.
Please ensure you update Arthur Occupant App immediately, to ensure you can send message threads without error.
