About AskFirst (formerly Ask NHS)

Ask NHS is now AskFirst.

AskFirst provides you with improved access to health and care advice working alongside the NHS. You can talk through your symptoms in complete confidence with Sensely virtual health assistant. You can also search healthcare advice, schedule GP appointments and search opening times/locations of local healthcare services. Our service is available to all NHS patients in England over 16.
