About ASz Stralingsapp

Eén van de momenten in een ziekenhuis waarbij zorgverleners veel röntgenstraling zouden kunnen opvangen, is tijdens doorlichting in de cath- of angiokamer. Om dit risico zo veel mogelijk te beperken, zijn een juiste werkwijze en strategische behandelpositie van de zorgverleners belangrijk.

Deze door het Albert Schweitzer ziekenhuis ontwikkelde augmented reality app maakt op een innovatieve wijze deze röntgenstraling zichtbaar, zodat de zorgverlener daadwerkelijk ‘ziet’ wat een goede positie is ten opzicht van de straling. De app is zo ontwikkeld, dat er meerdere variaties in de buis-detectorpositie kunnen worden aangebracht en je zelfs de straling kunt horen.

Het Albert Schweitzer ziekenhuis stelt deze app voor iedereen gratis beschikbaar en behoudt alle rechten.
