About ATS Enhanced Remote Support
ATS Enhanced Remote Support combines our ATS Global Service network of subject matter experts (SMEs) with remote video conferencing and augmented reality (AR) technology to enrich our customer’s support experience with rapid response and quicker issue resolution. This enabling and unifying AR technology allows our SMEs to see exactly what our customer is seeing, so together, we can more efficiently and effectively support their complex and highly automated processes. With full smartphone or headset interoperability, ATS SMEs can collaborate with onsite operators and technicians to expedite analysis and triage, and then provide clear guidance to the onsite personnel to remedy the situation. Instead of describing the issue, ATS SMEs are visually side-by-side and can more quickly support processes such as troubleshooting or maintenance procedures by providing precise verbal instructions supplemented by screen pointing, annotations, screen sharing, videos, images, and all the while, the work group can chat in real-time with automatic language translation to text and text-to-speech in over 60 languages.
