We’ve simplified the login process to make it easier to access the BambooHR hiring app on the go! Instead of asking for the company domain, we’ll simply ask you for your email address. You will then be prompted to enter your password, Google credentials, SAML, or domain (if you have multiple BambooHR accounts). Enjoy!

Have you ever noticed something while browsing candidate profiles on desktop called “History”? It’s actually pretty slick. It shows the history of that person in Bamboo—when they first applied, other jobs they applied for, if they have ever been moved between jobs or sent offers on other jobs, their status change history, all sorts of cool stuff. And now, you can see it in the app. Under the Notes tab you’ll see Comments and History, just like on desktop. Take a look, we think you’ll like it.

Just a couple quick updates for you today.
* We updated the default sort order for job openings and candidates to match what you see on desktop. Tip: tap on “Filter & Sort” on the bottom left to change — you guessed it — the filter and sort. Once changed, it will stay that way until you change it again (you know, to help create that personalized app experience).
* Comments made while moving a candidate now show up in the app. Tap on the “Moved To” or “Moved From” rows on moved candidates to see any comments that were made.

Well, we're working on some updates to those emails to make it so when you tap on links to the candidate or job opening they will open up in our beloved BambooHR Hiring app, rather trying to open up BambooHR in Safari or Chrome. Sounds pretty cool, eh? This update paves the way for those emails to work properly. You should start seeing the new emails over the next couple weeks, so keep an eye out.
