About Bernafon App
Bernafon App provides you with discreet, improved control over your hearing aids – so you can personalize your listening experience for any environment, the ability to find your hearing aids if they become lost, remote support from your hearing care professional when you need it, and much more.
The Bernafon App is compatible with all Bernafon Bluetooth® hearing aids. However, some app features may require a specific hearing aid model or a firmware update. Please consult your hearing care professional for assistance with firmware updates.
With Bernafon App, you can:
• Adjust the volume of your hearing aids and various settings (e.g. remote microphone, noise reduction, and sound and streaming equalizer)
• Switch between predefined programs according to the different listening situation you are in
• Monitor your battery levels
• Help you find your hearing aids if you lose them
• Use your device as a remote microphone and get better access to the voice of another speaker in noisy environments
• Customize your surrounding sounds with the sound equalizer
• Set and track hearing aid wear-time goals with the HearingCoach feature
• Use the streaming equalizer for a personalized listening experience.
• Have your hearing aids adjusted and receive counseling from the comfort of your own home – via a live video call with your hearing care professional
• Handle wireless accessories paired with your hearing aids; control multiple TV-A or devices, such as SoundClip-A, which can be used both for streaming and as a remote microphone

To improve your experience, we regularly update the app to make it more reliable and easier to use. In this update, we have included a new Sound equalizer and introduced the HearingCoach feature.
The Sound equalizer allows you to adjust the volume settings of your surroundings. The HearingCoach feature aims to make your hearing journey more successful. It enables you to set a hearing aid wear-time goal and track your progress. A Firmware Updater feature is also included that allows you to make minor hearing aid updates for improved performance, directly in the app.
As usual we’ve made some minor improvements and fixed some bugs to improve app stability.
