- When new product lookup option 'Enter quantity on generic products' is unchecked, the quantity is not entered on generic products and each scan of a generic product counts as a quantity of 1.
- If a user is connected to BisTrack and enters a product that is not on the count and the product can be found in BisTrack, then the user will be able to use the standard count screen including tally entry if appropriate.
