Block Angel makes communications between block managers and unit owners and residents more effective and efficient. Allowing managers to communicate with thousands of users through instant messaging and manage multiple user queries and maintenance requests. Block Angel helps managers to service greater scale while improving customer service delivery.

The purpose of Block Angel is to facilitate better communication. Make management more transparent and bring greater accountability to multi-unit management.

Send a request to your property manager, attach a description and a photo. Block Angel will tell you when your issue has been received and when it has been resolved.

Block Angel has two great user features encouraging resident participation and community engagement. 1. Noticeboard; this allows residents to share, swap, sell, tell etc. amongst the block community. 2. Local Services; provides information on local suppliers and service providers. Users can view updated information and offers from local providers in real time (Version two release).
