1.In edit ticket statues drop down change as read-only field for tech user.
2.Add new field for create template list(Title, Description, Severity, Customer, Extended Status ,User, Assign to ,Severity and Extended statues).
3.In Add New Ticket, the values of Extended Status filtered based on the selected Group, Category and Subcategory items.
4.User list filter according to the selected customer.
