Bugfixes:
- An issue was fixed that lead to some projects names getting lost on the timesheet. This only happened though if they had not been assigned to any client.
Features:
- The settings now contain an option to send your database to the developer. This can be useed in order to fix a bug that occurs on your device only but can not be reproduced otherwise.
Tweaks:
- The projects and client list is not properly sorted alphabetically.

- Moved the subscriptions screen out of the tutorial and into the settings
