CCS Quality has over 250,000 best practices gathered from hundreds of sources to reduce construction defects. The questions are structured around CSI sections so each project can be aligned with their contract requirements.
These questions are then aggregated by the specific Definable Features of Work within each project. Each question is then answered in the field and tracked with photos (unlimited!), notes (using voice dictation), severity of issue, party observed and reference fields for companies to connect each observation with other third party systems.
And the best part is the ability to collaborate. When an issue is created it can be assigned to both internal and external parties for quick resolution and accountability of each issue. As each person attaches their notes and photos to each issue, a complete record is maintained. Each person see each other’s notes and site photos within the issue to quickly resolve each issue. There is also a quick way for each user to see their open issues.

New Party Observed Feature
Mobile app users are now able to add multiple Parties Observed to their Inspection questions. A new pull down list is also available of pre-populated Parties from the company administrator to help normalize the Party Observed entires. Ad-hoc entries are also still available and stored for later use.

Mobile app users are now able add file attachments to mobile forms! You can choose between a variety of file types such as doc, excel, mp3, mp4, pdf, ppt, txt, and more.

UI Improvements
The File Cabinet has a new folder select screen available to users. We hope this improves the user experience when using the file cabinet by easily searching and selecting from the list of folders.
Users also will now see who assigned them an issue on the Assigned Issues screen. Each assigned issue card includes a new 'Assigned By' field. Also when viewing and submitting information on the issue, a new Assigned By field also appears under the Assigned section of the issue.
We have also improved screen headers for each module within the app.

Users now have the option to receive push notifications for assigned issues. The push notifications will notify the user when they are assigned an issue, when information has been submitted, if they have been unassigned or if an issue has been closed. Our goal is to bring more visibility into open issues and improve communication between team members.
Swipe Left - Follow Up Required
Users are now able to quickly swipe left on Inspection questions to quickly flag an issue as Follow Up Required. Similar to the swipe right to answer Yes, we hope to improve the inspection workflow for all employees.
