An installation work order pdf, now gets generated from install ticket. And as a result, the following checklist items were added on the Service Checklist page:

- Removal of Debris and Trash
- Was Job Completed
- Was CCTV Networked

And additional questions:
- Additional Equipment Installed Not on a Contract?
- Was Any Equipment Not Installed that was on the Contract?
- Who Gave Permission?
- Additional Installers

The total of parts added, appears as "Additional Equipment Charge" on the generated PDF.
