The CFC incident response app gives you the ability to instantly notify our incident response team of a cyber event. The app includes a tailored threat intelligence feed, direct access to our world-class cyber incident response team via the 'Ask the expert' functionality, and a number of tools to help you protect your business against cyber attacks.

You can now use the Response App in French! To update your language settings, simply:
• Select 'More options' on the top right
• Select 'My profile'
• Under your name and job title, select 'Edit your data'
• Scroll to the bottom, where you will see the new 'Language' option, offering both English and French
Once you've switched languages, you will find all app text switches to your preferred language. As well as this, the terms and conditions will be downloaded to your device in your chosen language.
Any new teammates you invite to sign up can also select their preferred language from the registration page, so their app experience will be in this language from the start.
Please note: if you've received any Ask the Expert responses or tools notifications in your feed, these will remain in the language selected at the time of receipt.
