Prevents more icon fonts from being overriden

- Colours for text, background, links, link highlights, and link outlines can now be set separately for Light and Dark modes
- Paragraph Spacing now increments and decrements in 10px jumps so it's quicker to set
- Letter Spacing can now be set to negative values
- Site Specific Settings will now apply across all subdomains of a website
- When turning on Site Specific Settings Clear Read will now default to no settings activated, this allows you to leave Clear Read on but selectively disable it for websites more easily
- Site Specific Settings will now use your All Websites values as the default values when enabling a setting
- Updated the default override colours for link text, highlight, and outline
- Added support for Dynamic Type in the Clear Read app and Safari popup
- Updated How to Activate instructions for Safari 17
- Clear Read will no longer overwrite these icon fonts:
- Prime icon font
- Foundation icon font
- Glyphicons icon font
- Ultimate Advanced icon font
- Custom icon fonts on bitwarden.com, accessology.com, web.zoom.us, 2fa.directory, and adaptationsbyadrian.com
- Deep links made by AnchorJS
- Icons fonts in the Redactor X text editor

- Fixed an issue where site specific settings would sometimes not apply correctly until you reloaded a tab
