• Color scheme change – green border added as a visual indicator when working at the Asset level. Available in OA v11.12+ via Mobile Configuration SEDCFVNA setting
• Visit Text fields – can now use touch and hold to select text for copy and paste.
• Visit Text fields – URL links are now active and enabled.
• Creating Mobile Visits – a Copy button was added to allow Techs to create a new Mobile Visit by copying from an existing visit.
• A new Mobile Configuration SEDEFPOHEADDESC added to set a default PO header description when adding POs. Available in OA v11.11+
• Enter Purchase Orders – the Per field is now defaulted from the Commodity Code.

• If Parameter MASNDSRV is set to Y, all On-Visit Assets will be considered Serviced, even when Visit Details are missing. Available in OA v11.11+
• Billing in the Field – a badge notification was added to the visit card when a new billing form is received from OA.

The following improvements are included in the v2.3.0 app:

• iPhone X and iOS 13 display improvements.
• Validation added to ensure PO date precedes Due Date when entering Purchase Orders.
• Mobile Visits – removed Payments tab when Visits do not include a valid customer.
• When creating a new asset, users are prevented from using following special characters in the first or last position of the Asset ID: “ ‘ | \ ~ ?
