Staying connected is even easier with the Comcast Business App. Business Internet users can now view the real-time status of their Internet connection and devices, including a notification if your eligible Comcast-issued modem has gone offline or is experiencing connection issues, plus actions to troubleshoot. Connection Pro subscribers will also see an alert when LTE backup is in use.

Internet customers in the Comcast Business App can now automatically connect to secure Xfinity WiFi Hotspots when nearby. Simply navigate to the Hotspots page from the side menu or Internet section of the app and select “Connect to Hotspots Automatically” to download your Xfinity WiFi hotspot profile.

Comcast Business App users will now receive even more accurate information when experiencing a service interruption, thanks to in-app outage notifications that include an estimated time of resolution. During a service interruption, users can also sign up to receive a text message once service has been restored.

For Voice customers, we’ve surfaced the option to enable Answer Confirmation upon signing in to the app for the first time—this feature was previously only available via Phone settings. We’ve also added the ability to retrieve previously deleted voicemails, in addition to displaying current voicemail storage capacity.

The Billing Details page of the Comcast Business App has been redesigned to help make it easier for customers to manage and pay their bills. The Billing Details page now includes summaries of the current and last 12 billing cycles, plus the ability to filter the last 12 months of transactions by credits, payments, or charges.
Additionally, we have introduced an enhanced voicemail interface. Customers with Voice services may now select multiple voicemails at once to delete or mark as read or unread.
