Crew Report is a standalone construction crew timekeeping app. Contacts permission is only used when the user chooses to import a crew member or a reviewer or supervisor profile from the device address book. Notifications are local reminders for daily time entry, running shifts, approval-stage follow-up, and optional scheduled supervisor delivery; the app does not use remote push notifications. The app can optionally require Face ID, Touch ID, or device passcode through Apple's LocalAuthentication APIs, but it does not collect biometric templates. If the user is signed in to iCloud, app data is automatically synced to the user's private iCloud container so it can be used across the user's own devices. That app data can include crew, supervisor, and reviewer contact details, payroll and review records, delivery receipt history, Crew Portal updates such as vacation requests or delivery preferences, and local sync merge summaries, conflict-review history, and manual resolution metadata. Crew Portal access credentials are stored as hashed credential data, and shared-device portal lockout state is stored with device security services. Report sending and export are handled through Apple's system message composer, mail composer, share sheets, Files export, and clipboard fallback on supported devices.
