About De Beweging

De Beweging is een initiatief van gemeente ’s-Hertogenbosch dat iedereen uitdaagt om mee te doen. Dagelijkse beweging is niet alleen goed voor je gezondheid, maar dit initiatief is ook nog eens een gezellige manier om in contact te komen met buurtgenoten. Middels een AR video wordt er een sport oefening door jou lokale (sport)held uitgelegd die je vervolgens na moet doen. De gehele route is op ieder moment van de dag toegankelijk voor iedereen die graag in beweging komt en blijft.

De route is vooralsnog alleen in de Gestelse buurt in ’s-Hertogenbosch, maar zal zich wellicht nog uitbreiden naar jouw buurt of regio!
