We've made some improvements to devolo Home Control!
Overview of the new functions and changes:
• Quick access from the Notification Centre (iOS Widget)
You can now view and control up to six Home Control elements (devices, scenes, rules, groups and schedules) from the Notification Centre. Swiping down from the top of the screen will then reveal all Home Control elements.
Do this in the app by going to Settings -> Notification Centre and selecting the required elements. Then activate the Home Control Widget in the Notification Centre to enable access to the selected elements.
• Easier to switch on and off
Devices, scenes, rules, groups and schedules can now be switched on and off easier and faster simplifying the app handling even more. Simply select the desired element and then tap the icon to the right. The current status is shown by different animations and symbol colours.
• Improved feedback during scene playback and activation of HTTP devices
When you are playing back a scene and/or activating a HTTP device you are now immediately given visual feedback. Tap the appropriate item in the app or Notification Centre to play back your scene or activate your HTTP device. Next to the message that the scene is being played back/the HTTP device is being executed, the colour of the icon also changes. The icon returns to its default colour after a scene has played back and/or the HTTP device has been deactivated.
Additionally we have made further stability improvements and speed optimisations for you.

Set-up using the app is just as fast and intuitive as using a PC or a Mac. Full flexibility also on the go!
In addition, the app now provides support for displaying in landscape and portrait mode on iPad as well. It also offers even better stability and performance.

We strive continually to offer you more interesting functions. The new app version makes the use of your home control system even easier.
In addition to optimizing the performance and stability, the new version also provides features such as:
• the integrated configuration of SmartGroups
• the integrated configuration of the scenes
• an optimized co-user mode
INFO: A "co-user" is only able to "use" your system. He cannot make any changes to the configuration. You can easily add, e.g. a family member, as a „co-user“: Simply go to the settings, select your home control central unit and go to the "co-user" menu. Click the plus sign and add another person as "co-user". You can then simply follow the instructions.
