• Header is hidden when the keyboard is showing to make more space on smaller screens.
• Email verification and password reset are handled in the app when the link is opened on the device where this app is installed.
• The submit login/registration buttons are now always displayed instead of hiding them when no information is provided, as this seems to mislead users who have pressed the home button instead.
• Slightly shifted the bottom buttons because they were not fully visible in iPhone 8.
