About EcoDocs
EcoDocs is a cloud-based CMMS focused on quality, compliance, & maintenance management related tasks. EcoDocs lets field workers submit scheduled and ad hoc forms and checklists for facilities, assets, properties, and more.
The application works on both smartphones and tablets, enabling the workers to checkoff inspection checklists on the go. They can perform inspections easily, without having to keep track of paper-based checklists.
EcoDocs enhance communication between head-office and field workers. With real-time notifications, workers can view task details as soon as they are assigned. Reminders and alerts help workers complete their recurring and non-recurring tasks on time.
Using the Photo Attachment feature, workers can easily highlight an on-site issue. They can upload an image of the issue and attach them with tasks to update their managers. Workers can also send before and after photos of their tasks, enabling managers to see a digital proof of delivery.
Tasks can be tagged with a location and/or asset, enabling field workers to organize their maintenance management plan accordingly. With preventive and predictive asset maintenance strategies, field workers can significantly reduce asset downtime and increase asset efficiency.
The application also works offline, enabling workers to view task details and submit data even if the internet is not available. Data is synced automatically when internet connectivity is back.
