About Emerald Group; ACT

The Act app is the companion app for the ACT engagement programme. The programme is designed to embed sustainability and well-being across organisations. It maximises engagement by combining communications, competition, effective feedback, rewards and smart use of technology.

The ACT app is customised for every organisation and allows participants to engage with chosen behaviour modules, such as active travel, energy saving, volunteering, personal wellbeing and recycling. The app tracks changes in positive behaviours and rewards participants for improvements.

Progress monitoring and competition are key features of the ACT app, and participants will be able to see the impact that they are having on an individual level, a team level and an organisation wide level.
