1) Mobile POD is randomly invoicing a day before delivered and signed date. Delivered date was not getting set correctly.
2) Removed the incremental counter for time spent on stop because we are no longer calculating the departure date from this. POD now sets the arrival date when the driver goes into the stop, and if completed the departure date time is set.
