eSignon is Electronic Signature Service that makes it easy to send documents and get them signed.

[How to use: Upload, Add, and Send!]
1. Upload your document. (eSignon supported file formats include .doc, .pdf, .xls and many others.)
2. Add signer and CC recipients of document.
3. Add Fields (eSignon supports more than 10 fields, including Text, Photo, Date, Time Attachment, and more.)
4. Tap “Send”, Now you just need to wait for the recipient to sign the document.
5. When the document is complete, both the sender and recipient will receive a completion notification and can download the document at any time.

1. eSignon fields allow you to send different types of contracts not just documents that require signature only.
2. Send the same documents up to 500 recipients at once.

4. Document Certification provides proof of the signing process that includes who signed, when, and where.

- All of eSignon documents are serviced and stored in Microsoft Azure cloud service.
- SSL encryption is applied to all communication sections
- In order to prepare for the possible leakage of personal information, we are also subscribed to the personal information protection liability deduction.

- You can create reusable templates that save field placement, Signer order and other settings.
