Two new enhancements:
o Removing a station's reading requires that any note or attachment(s) also be explicitly removed so a new prompt appears to the user asking to remove the station's note and attachment(s) if any
o A new preference was added that hides the "Copy Previous Reading" button on the Station Detail tab so that users can no longer copy the previous reading into the current reading and automatically navigate to the next station
