About FCS HEINZELMANN
Have always an overview of your support process – anytime and anywhere!
See with one click the ticket list, ticket details, the ticket history and, if required, all related documents. You can edit, close, filter or sort your tickets. You can also put your tickets on the memory list. Take photos or videos e.g. from defective devices and assign them directly to the tickets.
Create new tickets with the app. Depending on legal structure, you can complete your tickets e.g. with due date, responsible supporter groups, categories or the expected effort. Transfer also closed tickets into the knowledgebase to document all important support processes. In addition, the app shows you tickets grouped by priority or status.
Push notifications inform you immediately and everywhere about current events. So you have always an overview of your tickets!
Please note: The HEINZELMANN app can only be used in conjunction with HEINZELMANN ServiceDesk (from version 4.2 onwards). You need a license of the HEINZELMANN ServiceDesk software and an installation on one of your web servers. When you have connected the app to your HEINZELMANN and logged into the app with your HEINZELMANN user data, you will get access to all of your tickets.
