Added support for joiner to select the name from a drop down. This is also displayed on the PDF.

Added support for iOS 13

Fix an issue where sometimes the edge protection inspection was not saving properly. This was due to a race condition. Race has ended and we're the winners!

- Added support for 3rd party specification.
- New faults are now available
- Added a toggle for when floor levels are unacceptable. This will add additional details in the PDF.
- Reports can now be generated with an additional document appended at the end of the FDIS-Trak generated PDF, toggleable by an FDIS-Trak Administrator.

When a door is changed from 'Failed' to 'Beyond Repair'. Fault rectifications are now cleared. Note, these are only cleared on saving the door, to prevent fat-finger errors where you accidentally tap the "Beyond Repair" switch.

Fixed an issue where edge protection inspection faults were not showing for joiner accounts.

- Fixed an issue with the new 'edge protection faults' being marked as 'Unknown fault identifier'.
- Edge Protection door data and inspection data is now mandatory, for consistency.

- Added Edge Protection inspections!
- Added the ability to insert a client note (when 'Client to Advise' is enabled)
- Fixed a major bug where, if a door was marked as rectified and then a new fault was added after the fact, it would not clear the date of rectification. This has now been resolved.
- Fixed minor bugs
- Server side changes have hopefully increased syncing speed noticeably.
- Removed image capture date (seems to be something on Apple's side, will continue to investigate for now!)

- Doors which are rectified will now have a "rectifiedOn" date automatically appended onto them.

Lots of bug-fixes!

- Prevents screen dimming so that reports can fully sync without screen dimming
- For joiners, faults that are rectified, as well as doors which are now complete, show in green
- Sync will carry on even if a report won't sync

IMPORTANT: This update is not backwards compatible with FDIS-Trak 1.x, therefore it is recommended you first sync your data, then remove the app from your device completely, and redownload it. (Auto-Sync will immediately fetch all your reports again!)

Major improvements:
- Vastly improved Syncing. Gone are the days of syncing being one huge mass of data that could be interrupted causing problems. Syncing is now incremental and happens per report and even per door. Meaning even if the sync happens to be interrupted, you can just continue from where you left off!
- Automatic Syncing. We're happy to announce that because of the incremental syncing, we now have automatic syncing on login.
- FDIS-Cloud. Reports are now stored on the FDIS-Cloud and means that you no longer need to keep the reports on the device. If you need a report again, it will appear in the relevant color and can be tapped on to download it back onto your device.
- Joiner support. Joiners are now able to rectify faults right in the app!
- More detailed inspections. There are now more detailed inspection screens with more guided prompts, and allow for far more information to be captured.

Minor changes:
- Over 100 edge case bugs have been squashed and this release has been tested to hell and back!

Fixed an issue where PDFs would not display correctly on devices running iOS 11.
Fixed some small minor edge cases!

Bug squashing patch!

* Fixed an issue where the archiving a report would not properly disable changing a photo of a door, or deleting doors
* Fixed an issue where inspector may sometimes end up being blank on the PDF (rarely).
* Fixed a rare edge case issue with images being duplicated on the list of doors screen (this had no effect on actual door images saved, it was just a graphical bug)

Added the ability to send diagnostics info to the Developer.

Fixed an issue where copying a PDF link to the clipboard gave an invalid URL.
Fixed the rules around steel doors.

You can now select 'Steel' as a Door Core material. When doing so, certain options are automatically switched to "N/A" and there is an additional field available for Vertical Spot Weld point and comments.
You can now select 'Steel' as a Frame Material. When doing so, Glazing options are changed to match the type of Frame.
You can now add (optional) comments about the Glazing.
When a door is marked beyond repair, you can now say what part of the door is damaged (Frame, Door) as well as additional comments.

All of these changes are also available in our PDF engine.

Hopefully fixed a syncing issue

Fix an issue related to PDF creation due to a bug introduced in 1.2.1.
This fix will also patch any reports created previous to this version affected by this bug, meaning this bug should now be well and truly squashed!

Fixes an issue with old legacy reports which have no "InspectorId" assigned.

* Fixed an issue in the PDF generation engine that would cause previously failed doors that were then passed to remain failed in the PDF table and information pages.
* Updated the codebase to Swift 4, meaning less bugs, and quicker performance!

+ Added the ability to now enable or disable whether the inspector's notes and up to 4 report images are displayed on the PDF.
+ Images are now stored with the timestamp that the image was taken which is now displayed on the report.
* PDF bug fixes to do with pricing have now been resolved.
