About Fishguide NRW
Dear visitors, anglers and lovers of nature,
here it is – the North Rhine-Westphalian app especially with all fish occurring deep in the west of Germany!
With this application, a great product for angling has been developed in cooperation with the Fischereiverband Nordrhein-Westfalen e.V. (Association of North Rhine-Westphalian Fishermen). Now the fish appearing in North Rhine-Westfalian waters are also available digitally and always ready to hand – in German and in Englisch language.
Over 100 species, forms and varieties of the fish class are listed and explained and in addition all occurring fish with the legal regulations.
Using notifications, interactive signal lights and as well as scales, the interested fisherman can quickly identify the current protection status.
Each fisherman can additionally and individually enter and compile the relevant closed seasons, protection landing sizes as well as catch limits of his target fish. Especially for the waters of own choice, own club, own home water...

beside optical and technical improvements, we have opened the possibility for you in this version 1.5 in the menu on the left side of the start page to contact us directly via e-mail (fishmail). Here you can send us a note about a new fish species, if it is not yet listed in the fish guide. This way we can include this fish in the app for you...

Dear friends of nature and fishing,
in this update, in addition to the graphical optimizations for 6.5 inch screens, the bug that appeared on some device models has also been fixed. Under certain circumstances it is possible that some models do not accept personal entries. After this technical update, this will no longer be the case in the future.
