플라밍고는 작가를 위해 독자의 댓글을 실시간으로 빠르게 푸시 메시지로 전송하는 서비스입니다. 악플 가능성이 높은 댓글은 자동으로 필터링되어 푸시 메시지로 전송되지 않고 화면에서 블라인드 처리합니다.

* 기능
- 댓글 푸시 전송 : 작가의 작품에 댓글이 달리면 1분 내외로 빠르게 푸시 메시지가 전송되어 독자의 반응을 바로 확인
- 댓글 타임라인 : 여러 작품의 댓글을 모아서 한꺼번에 보여주기 때문에 작품이 연재 중인 플랫폼에 방문하지 않고 편리하게 독자의 피드백을 관찰
- 악성 댓글 필터링 : 악플 가능성이 높은 댓글은 인공지능과 금칙어 사전에 의해 자동으로 필터링되어 푸시 메시지로 전송되지 않고 화면에서 블라인드 처리

* 사용 방법
- 서비스 대상 : 현재는 웹소설 대표업체인 조아라와 제휴 중이며 조아라 작가만 사용 가능
- 로그인 방법 : 조아라의 작가 로그인 ID를 입력하면 별도의 회원가입 없이 바로 사용 가능

* 향후 계획
- 기능 추가 : 순위 변동, 조회수 추적, 요약 레포트 등
- 플랫폼 업체 확장 : 다른 온라인 서점, 웹소설 업체와 협의하여 추가 예정
