About Flayv
The Flayv App is designed to inform you about alkaline and acidic foods as well as how to make alkaline recipes.
You can start by clicking the 'Alkaline' button on the home page to see a simple list of alkaline foods. Similarly, you can click on the 'Acid' button and there will be a list of acid forming foods as well as hybrid foods, which cause acid in the body. Furthermore, when you click on 'Recipes', you will find a plethora of alkaline recipes. Last, clicking on 'Videos', you will find various videos of Dr. Sebi explaining alkaline and acidic foods.
In addition, by clicking on the hamburger in the top right corner of the app, you will find an 'About' section and a 'Contact' button.
This app was designed to help you achieve a healthier body from the inside out by eating well.
*There will be certain foods you come across where you may have seen them in alkaline diets, however, those foods have made a hybrid or cross-breed, with another fruit or vegetable and therefore has made a product which now contains no nutritional value. (Fruits and vegetables that are made a hybrid are stripped of their vitamins and nutrients necessary.
