1. Added ability to enable prestart at specific intervals. Now user can set the prestart interval ie. EVERYTIME, WEEKLY & MONTHLY via admin panel and prestart will be mandatory according to selected interval.
2. Added ability to get user and vehicle distance when prestart is being submitted for that vehicle.
