• Fix Cloud Sync creating a new order number
• Resolved an issue that was causing the Paperless Tip setting to not function properly for tips after payment was added when using the “Add Tip” option

Fixed: Resolved an issue where processes that took in excess of 30 seconds would fail, providing a false positive error message referring to network problems.

• Added the ability for users to sign a cart agreement through the Starter/Ranger module on the G1 app

• Corrected an issue where the default icon was overlapping with the customer initials badge, when adding a customer to an order who doesn’t have a custom photo

Network stability and status tracker

Processing
• Completed an enhancement that will allow the tablet to respect the signature threshold set within the G1 desktop platform when paying with credit/debit card on EMV devices. Please note, this is available for courses utilizing EMV
Receipt printing
• Corrected an issue where table numbers were not printing on receipts when the order was created through the Table Management module
• Added functionality to show the assigned customer on itemized receipts
• Corrected an issue where in some scenarios when a device had limited connectivity, items could be resent to kitchen
Notification bar
• Added the G1 notification bar to the tablet app, which will mirror what is published to the G1 desktop notification bar, allowing GOLFNOW to communicate to course partners directly through G1
Orders
• Corrected an issue that prevented users from deleting the contents in an Order Item Note or Fire Message on the tablet

Product and Tax overrides
• Added the ability for settings to be streamlined across the G1 desktop and app for “Override Reasons.” If the setting is enabled, users will be forced to select an override reason when overriding item price or tax. If not, users will not be prompted to add an override reason
• Added ability for users to edit and/or remove tax types that are configured as “flexible,” which means they can be edited

Menu view
• Corrected an issue that caused the app to crash when users added notes to a product with no modifiers
• Updated the look and feel of the modifier and notes screens when creating an order
• Corrected an issue where users sometimes could not add modifiers to an order
• Fixed a display issue for products with modifiers when splitting and combining orders, where it was previously showing the price and products incorrectly among the orders

Orders updates
• Added table numbers to the orders listed within the Orders screen
• Expanded the paperless tips feature to be configurable for credit accounts, in addition to credit cards

Printing and receipt updates
• Corrected an issue where multi-line notes and fire messages were being displayed incorrectly on the kitchen receipt

Calendar view
• Added new calendar date picker to Orders screen, in addition to the Starter/Ranger module. This new date picker will allow users easily access open orders from previous days, as well as the current day. Additionally, users will be able to quickly navigate from day-to-day within the Starter/Ranger module.

Miscellaneous
• Made improvements to error handling for the Orders tab and Starter/Ranger module
• Added a Themes section to the Setting menu, where users can select from a series of themes for their app

Order and payment updates
• Consolidated the payment work-flow on the G1 tablet app to remove the amount of clicks it takes to process a transaction, in addition to:
• Changed the button verbiage when closing an order from “Complete” to “Close Order”
• Modifications to better highlight the “Change Due” when utilizing the cash payment method
• Added the ability to display customer photos within the Orders screen
• Added a “Send” button to the Order Options screen, which will allow users to submit any additional updates that have been made to an order to the assigned printer stations1. Send button: Only sends additional updates made to an order to the assigned printer stations2. Re-send button: Re-sends the entire order to the assigned printer stations

Printing and receipt updates
• Added the table number to all send, re-send and itemized receipts
• Completed an update that will now remove the server’s last name from the receipt for security purposes
• Updated the look and feel of receipts, which includes: increased font size, center-aligned text and a standard minimum receipt length for clipping to the kitchen line
• Enhanced the tablet to support the “Default Credit Card Receipt” settings, which is setup under the Areas & Cash Registers section on G1 desktop

End of day updates
• Completed an update that will now allow users, who are logged in via their pin number, to perform a cash close on the app

Menu view
• Changed the default menu screen to show the “Most Common Products” list when first accessing the F&B tab to increase ease of use for users
• Updated the design of how “parent/child products” are shown within the F&B menu screen to allow for more products and clearer selection of menu items. Items with “child” products will be denoted with a folder icon

Table management:
• Added a new tablet management feature which will allow users to do the following:
• Create multiple dining rooms with unique table configurations
• Assign orders to those tables through the host view module or directly from the order

NEW! Order icons
• Added new icons to G1 orders screen on the tablet, which will identify where the order was created.

Printing and receipt updates
• Added functionality to display add-on modifier prices on receipts.
• Corrected a bug where receipts with 15 or more items would fail to print on Citizen printers.
• Added an enhancement to only present the auto-gratuity tip line on receipts that result from an order in
which auto-gratuity was collected.
• Added an enhancement to remove printed tip lines from receipts in environments where tips are being
collected on pin pads (EMV-specific).

Tee sheet
• Enhanced the stability of tee sheet on the tablet, as well as starter/ranger module.

• Corrected a bug that caused the app to sometimes crash when navigating from the Order options screen
to the Order building screen.

EMV pin pad tipping
• Added the ability for users to tip directly on a pin pad from the G1 app platform.

iPad orders
• Resolved an issue where specials without an end date were not being displayed on the app.
Receipt printing
• Updated the “Resend” ticket feature to include all line items within an order, indicating which items were previously sent.
• Enhanced the “Send” and “Resend” ticket features to not allow the removal of items from an order once successfully sent.
• Created three (3) status icons for the “Send” and “Resend” ticket feature: “Print Success”, “Print Failure”, and “Printer not Configured”.
Cash Register close
• Updated the cash register close time/date field to display and print the current time/date. Previously, the report displayed the time/date that the cash register was opened.
