You are now, with this release, also able to see the Message History of all messages sent to your clients including booking confirmations and reminders. Access Message History under Comms, search by client, message type or booking.

Your clients now have the option to unsubscribe from emails. This is very important to ensure compliance of privacy. You can unsubscribe them yourself by clicking on "notifications" under their client profile in Genbook for desktop. You can check if they have unsubscribed in this "notifications" tab, too.

You now have more flexibility with the client reminder notification lead times (e.g. how far out a client gets reminded!)

Square, a favorite payment processor for small businesses around the world, is now supported within your Genbook account. You can use Square to process payments online before an appointment, capture credit cards to minimize no-shows, process a deposit, capture full payment in advance or process payments in store using a card on file or the Square reader. Link an existing Square account, or create a new one and start processing payments today.

It’s easy to lose revenue when clients cancel or reschedule an appointment. The Genbook Waitlist keeps track of clients waiting for an appointment and automatically invites them to book if an appointment is canceled or rescheduled.
The Waitlist can now be enabled for closed dates so that clients can add themselves to the Waitlist if your business is closed. This is a great way to create a list of leads that you can reach out to when your business re-opens, or to understand the demand for your services on specific days. You can now also filter your Waitlist view by a date range.
