About Goal Tracker - My way of life

This goal tracker will help you focus on all the aspects of your life and achieve soul-and-body balance.
Put down your wishes in the form of cards, they will help you detect your progress on a single screen.
This is not a schedule planner in its classic form. Every day you schedule your day yourselves, but step by step approach to your goal at your own pace.

Using habit tracker is quite easy, you just need to take a few steps in this direction.

● Add new goals for a year and habits
Add everything you’d like to acquire or give up.

● Pay special attention to goal or habit formulation
When you set goals, try to follow SMART principle, answer a few questions to yourselves:
- What exactly should I do?
- How will I understand that I’ve fulfilled my intention?
- How much time for fulfilling do I have?
- Is it the best way to become more productive, or is there a more important goal?
- Do I believe I can do everything on time?

If necessary, formulate your goal differently, increase the due time or concentrate on other things which are more significant for you.

● Choose the category
Health, self-development, environment, personal life, work/study, impressions, spiritual development, social activity, or create your own category.

● Observe work-life balance
It is better to add goals for year or habits at least one to each category, this way you will develop yourselves holistically, your life will become brighter, more eventful and diverse.

● Set initial progress
Evaluate your current level by 5-point scale, how close you are to the result. Be honest with yourselves, even if everything is not so good – any situation can be improved.

● Create tasks for a day
This will be your step-by-step plan of achieving your goal. Setting particular goals approaches you to achieving the result. That is how our brain works: the clearer we imagine the goal and the way of its achieving, the easier it is for us to follow this way. Set small tasks for a day – this way, the progress will be more visible, and you’ll get additional motivation to keep going your way.
