Important for most Vermonters, the app now works when not connected to the internet. You need to login at least once while on the internet before you go and tag your trash bags. After that initial connection happens, your smart phone can be used to keep track of tagged trash bags all day without internet connection.

5.0.31 includes bug updates, and adds the winning poster to the splash screen.
