Thank you to the thousands of you that have already downloaded! We’ve removed the access codes so anybody with an iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch can get started with Grifin now.
“Why can I only connect one credit or debit card?”
We’re currently working on a way to connect multiple cards. Grifin loses money running the app and each additional card doubles our cost. We’re doing everything we can to give more of you access and keep Grifin free. We always want you to have the best experience, so please reach out to us if you have any unique ideas!
“Why does it take a week for a transfer to go through and buy stock?”
This helps prevent you from overdrafting and incurring unwanted fees. Grifin adds up all of your purchases throughout the week and does one deposit every Wednesday morning. You can track your upcoming deposit in the app. Feel secure knowing how much will be added into your Grifin account.
“How do I contact support?”
We’ve added multiple support channels for you! You can now reach out to us through the new built-in messaging system on the settings page in the Grifin app or email us at hello@grifin.com.
