GuestCon

This app allows hotel guests to use their iPhones as an extension of their rooms and as a portal to hotel services and promotions.

No configuration is required on the part of the guest and the app will be associated with the room automatically: all the guest will need to do is tap on a link that the hotel will send upon check-in.

With a simple, consistent, and intuitive interface, compatible with dark mode, the app allows guests to make and receive calls as if they were using their room phone. Even if they are not at the hotel at the time.

Additionally to working as an extension of the room, the app also provides many other features like:
- receive notice as soon as the room has been disinfected
- room door unlocking
- bill visualization
- one-tap access to all of the hotel's departments
- access to the hotel's voice mail
- set wake-up calls
- special promotions specially designed for GuestCon users such as gift discounts, special meals, etc.
- recording of incoming and outgoing calls (depending on the hotel's PBX model), with automatic transcription.

All calls made through the app will be charged to the hotel's account so that guests traveling abroad do not need to have a phone data plan on their iPhone.

All calls received by the room will also be able to be answered directly on the iPhone.
