In a sense they desire to make Hachi Hachi almost addictive, so that once you have sampled the exquisite food and enjoyed the atmosphere, you will certainly crave for more!

Much of the credit certainly belongs to head chef Toshiro Isomura, who worked hard to achieve his very best as a young chef, before moving to settle in New Zealand. A family man – who loves golf and surfing, not to mention his favourite, Sweet Teppanyaki Matsuzaka Beef – he has honed his skills for over 20 years.
