To access the integrated care team and use the app, you will first need to register as a member. You can register within the app or at www.healthcenterhudsonyards.com. Annual Employer-Sponsored Essential memberships and individual Premier memberships are available.
Members receive care from a state-of-the-art health care facility at Hudson Yards or virtually from the comfort of their home, with:
Same and next-day scheduling with appointments that start on time
Extended primary care hours, including weekends
