With the Hydrive Connect app, you can easily monitor, calibrate and trouble shoot your HLA actuator. It’s easy, convenient and smart!
Hydrive Connect uses Bluetooth to send and receive sensor data to your phone. You no longer require a hard wire to connect to your actuator. Few of many things this app can do:
- Calibrate your HLA actuator
- Animate actuator travel
- Historical and Realtime graphs of command signal, feedback signal, tri-axial vibration, actuator force, internal temperature
- Alarm notifications
- Maintenance reminders
- Manual and automatic moisture removal from the actuator

Heater model has been added to set up screen to add a max travel value to the dashboard and calibration screens.
Cylinder clock can now be set to the phone's clock via the setup screen.
Alarms tab has been implemented to show up to 20 of the last alarm conditions stored in the cylinder.
Number of current alarms are now displayed on the dashboard.
Purge button now graphically displays the state of the purge cycle.
The app now warns the user if they left the cylinder in manual mode when they start a log off.
