「iBus_新竹市APP」改版囉~，新版App提供大新竹地區公車動態資訊，讓居住在新竹地區以及來訪新竹的旅客，更有效率地了解公車即時動態，並規劃旅程。功能說明如下：1.「公車到站時間查詢」：查詢公車何時到站，於適當時間前往等車，不需在站牌處久候。2.「附近站點」：查詢目前所在位置附近公車站牌位置及行經路線，另可輸入地標關鍵字，查詢該地標附近公車站牌及行經路線資訊。使用者也可開啟AR導覽，搜尋站牌位置。3. 「最愛站牌」：可查詢標記「最愛站牌」清單中各站牌的公車預估到站時間，當公車快抵達時，自動傳送車輛即將抵達的訊息提醒，避免錯過班車。4. 「交通資訊」：提供國道客運、公路客運、台鐵、高鐵、園區接駁車及YouBike等交通資訊，方便不同交通工具之轉乘。5 .「轉乘規劃」：提供往返新竹市各主要地標景點旅途規劃建議，提高觀光旅客轉乘公車之便利性。6. 「最新消息」：公告新竹市市區公車各項新聞資訊，重要訊息不漏接。
