Many times, an individual finds himself in need of a ride or immediate help to move or deliver goods from
one location to another. For example, when someone sees a great sale on a large screen TV that does not
fit in his car. Other examples include FOOD delivery from any restaurant or location, not just contracted
restaurants. Or getting a ride from home to office on a limited budget.

MovPros addresses the Ridesharing/moving/delivery services through an online auction site in real-time
using a customized Application. The App is used on a mobile device such as an I-phone or similar. It
allows both Service Requesters (Job Posters) and Service Providers (Movers) to register their contact
information on the App’s database. Once qualified through an internal screening process, Movers are
authorized to provide Ridesharing, Delivery or Moving services based on their capability.
Posters can access the App and post details of their request including pickup location, drop off location;
size and weight for moving or delivery, number of passengers for ridesharing, and their offered price.
MovPros software and database will then identify a Mover who would proceed with completing the move. If
no Mover accepts the offered price, Poster is allowed to negotiate a final price. Poster will be kept informed
of Mover’s status at all times.

In summary, MovPros enables individuals needing assistance with a Rideshare, Deliver, or Moving; to
seek these services in real time at their price.
